Happy New Year!
Happy 2009, everyone!
What an eventful year with graduation and starting a job full-time, debuting a game on XNA Community Games, joining an official tennis team, to even starting up Studio Guinea Pig with two of my friends! I’m looking forward to a refreshing, new year with all of its challenges waiting for me. It appears that I’ll be starting this one up and running; we’ll see where it takes me!
To start off the year, I thought I would finally dive into learning how to use Silverlight since using C# to make a webapp seemed very friendly to me. So today, while being back at home in Virginia with my family, my good old friend Greg (from sin(Surfing)) and I met up and came up with a small physics sample in a few hours. I can definitely see the appeal in Silverlight and plan to work with it a bit more throughout this new year.
Anyway, here’s what we got by Countdown: (our final idea was something derived from this but that might come in a later post =)
